Yoga we do here is about practicing self love by using our body and mind the tools we have to reflect our soul and energy

classes include Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation (with the help of sound bowls and various earth elements such as stones and insence) extensive Warm Up exercise series, Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) and Asanas (yoga postures) 

There is an emphasis on each of you getting individual attention, as well as maintaining a relaxed lovely atmosphere during the classes. 

 Just come and enjoy yourself exactly the way you are.

Classes are both in English and Hungarian language, according to the participants need.

There is no such thing as 'level' here, (read more on the why at the 'about' page) everyone is doing their best at every moment.

All age groups are welcome as the primary focus is not on

quick muscle building, it is rather on reflecting inwards, finding our peace and experiencing the effects of stretching of our physical vehicle the body.
